Consumer Direct Care Network Tennessee (CDTN) is starting a newsletter! It will come out four times each year. It's for Members, Employers, and Caregivers. Each newsletter will share CDTN news, helpful tips, and training topics.

Your CDTN team is here to help you! CDTN has 12 administrative coordinators and 56 support brokers. Administrative coordinators answer phone calls and help with forms.

Support brokers help people sign up and give support all year. Your CDTN team also has 10 supervisors, 3 managers, and 1 state director. If you need assistance reaching your assigned support broker, you can call the general phone number listed below or email InfoCDTN@ConsumerDirectCare.com.

Did you know?

- CDTN helps about 4,000 clients and about 9,000 caregivers. These people are part of Choices, ECF Choices, and 1915(c) programs.

- CDTN answers calls fast. On average, we answer in 8 seconds. This helps us support more people.

Training Updates

CDTN now sends Relias and yearly worker training reminders in the 90-day letters. These reminders help caregivers and employers stay on track. Caregivers get these letters in the mail. Employers get them by email.

CDTN has a provider directory. It helps employers find caregivers they trust. CDTN is adding more caregivers to give employers more choices.
